Theresa (Terri) Charest is an account executive for Benefit Solutions at our Easton office. She first joined Avery Hall in 2014 as an account manager. She earned a promotion to her current position as an account executive in 2017.
Terri specializes in selling group employee benefits and works with employers to find plans that benefit both the employee and the employer. She loves being able to help these business owners not only find the policies that meet their needs, but also their budget.
Professionally, Terri is a National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) Certified Account Manager. She has her license in life and health insurance. Before joining Avery Hall, Terri worked in a variety of roles and environments. Of being a customer service representative, an office manager, a substitute teacher, and a Registered Dental Hygienist, she ranks “stay-at-home-mom” as her most important work experience!
Outside of work, Terri spends much of her time doing community service work with the Easton Rotary Club. She currently, and proudly, serves as the Director of Personnel Service.
She and her husband Rob are parents to two daughters and a dog. She loves spending time with her family, completely unplugged from phones and work. Some of their favorite activities to do together include going to the beach, relaxing by the pool, taking road trips, and hanging out with friends.
Terri finds comfort in one of her favorite quotes, “In this life, we cannot do great things. We can only do small things with great love.” She loves the reminder that even the littlest things can add up or make someone’s day better.
