Employers can offer a group life insurance plan to help protect their staff’s family, in the event of a death. Life insurance is a valuable employee benefit. There are many ways to establish a group life insurance policy and your Avery Hall team will work closely with you to develop a plan that makes sense for your business.
Additionally, if you would like to offer the ability to purchase additional life insurance, a voluntary program (where the employee pays the premium) can be established. Life insurance is one of the least costly benefit options and are usually guaranteed coverage where pre-existing conditions are not an issue.
