Tonya Childs is a personal lines payment processor in our Salisbury office. Tonya joined the Avery Hall team in 2021 after holding various positions in Human Resources and Risk Management at other companies.
As a payment processor, Tonya’s main priority is providing superior customer service. Her goal is to make each person who walks through the door of our Salisbury office feel welcomed and important.
Tonya was born and raised on Delmarva and graduated from Crisfield High School. She took courses on Business Administration and Human Resources at Sojourner Douglass college, and her studies have helped her become the successful professional she is today.
Outside of the office, Tonya values time with family. She and her husband of three years, David, enjoy relaxing by the fire with a glass of wine. Tonya has three grown children and one grandchild that she loves to spend time with.
A fun fact about Tonya is that she is a woman of many talents! She has modeled and acted in various stage plays. She also currently owns an online boutique that has been in business for three years!
