Susan White is a Senior Sales Coordinator for our Commercial Lines department in Salisbury, MD. As a Sales Coordinator, Susan helps support producers, organizes sales activities, and provides exceptional customer service. She loves getting to play a role in helping her team achieve their sales goals and building authentic relationships with our clients.
Professionally, Susan holds the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor and has over 40 years of experience working in insurance. The last 20 years she has exclusively worked in Commercial Lines. Fun fact, Susan has previously worked at Avery Hall! After two years with Avery Hall, she spent twenty years working as a commercial lines account manager and office manager at another local independent agency. She has since returned (and we warmly welcomed her back) to our team in early 2021.
Susan is full of Baltimore and Maryland pride! She was born and raised in the Towson area and resided there until her move to Delmarva in 1985. Naturally, her favorite sports team is the Baltimore Ravens. Though watching games from home is fun, she loves visiting M&T Bank Stadium to cheer her team on from the stands as much as she can.
She is a proud wife to her husband of over 40 years, mother to her two sons, and grandmother to her two adorable granddaughters. Susan is very intentional with her time outside of the office and tries to spend as much time making memories with family and friends as she can.
On weekends she enjoys bike rides with her husband and long walks chatting with her gal pals. Beaching is one of her favorite things about Delmarva life. If she isn’t enjoying the local sands, she is likely enjoying sunny Florida. Susan visits the sunshine state often to visit her son and family.
