Stephanie James is a Commercial Lines Senior Sales Coordinator at Avery Hall Insurance. She joined our team in 2024 and works out of our Salisbury office. As a senior sales coordinator, Stephanie works with the commercial lines team to organize sale activities and provide excellent customer service.
Professionally, Stephanie is a Certified Insurance Counselor and a Certified Workers’ Compensation Specialist. Prior to Avery Hall, she worked at another local agency. She has over 30 years of independent insurance agency experience. Some of Stephanie’s favorite nonprofits to support are the Wicomico Humane Society and Life Crisis Center.
Stephanie was born in Charlevoix, MI and moved to Princess Anne, MD when she was two. She graduated from Washington High School in Princess Anne, MD. During her free time, she enjoys reading books and watching the Green Bay Packers. Stephanie is most passionate about her family. She and her husband Mike have been together for 37 years and have a son named Michael. Her family is made complete with their dog, Benny, and a plethora of kittens! Honesty and trust are the two most important things to her.
