Scott Aaron is the Systems Administrator for Avery Hall Insurance in our Salisbury office. Scott joined the Avery Hall team in 2023 and is responsible for keeping the technology running smoothly and securely at Avery Hall Insurance Group.
Scott spent the majority of his childhood on Delmarva, graduating from Cambridge-South Dorchester High School. Scott is a Marine Veteran who spent time as a field artillery surveyor before finding a career in IT.
Professionally, Scott is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). Prior to joining the Avery Hall team, Scott worked as a Network Engineer and Assistant Vice President in the IT/OPS department at the Bank of Delmarva. Scott has developed a long-lasting relationship with Avery Hall through IT consulting prior to his employment with us.
Scott is happily married to his wife, Coleen. They have been married for 17 years and share two sons. They also have a feisty Yorkie and guinea pig that they consider their fur children.
In his free time, Scott spends his time giving back to the local youth by participating in the Cub Scouts. He was a Cub Scout den leader as well as an assistant Scoutmaster for the Boy Scouts. Scott is also a big sports fanatic and loves cheering on the Capitals, Ravens, and Orioles.
