Ryan Johnson is an Account Executive for Avery Hall Insurance. Ryan joined the Avery Hall team in 2023 and works out of our Salisbury office. As an Account Executive, Ryan specializes in helping small and large commercial clients find the right coverage for their businesses and serves as a resource for information on coverage and rates specific to their organization.
Ryan was born and raised in Salisbury, Maryland, and graduated from Salisbury University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Perdue School of Business. Before beginning his insurance career, Ryan was a licensed Maryland Real Estate Agent and Residential Consultant. After joining the Avery Hall team, Ryan earned his Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) designation.
Outside of the office, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family on the water. He is passionate about animals, especially dogs. He volunteers to walk dogs at the Wicomico Humane Society and loves playing with his German Sheppard/Black Lab mix, Nova. His other favorite charities to support include the Wounded Warrior Foundation, St. Jude, and Toys for Tots.
Ryan stays busy with his wide variety of exciting hobbies. He enjoys watching sports, playing golf, fishing, and hunting—any excuse to be outdoors in the beautiful Delmarva weather! He also enjoys attending wine tastings and cooking for his family and friends.
