Patti Barton is an administrative associate at Avery Hall Insurance. She joined the team in 2025 and works out of the Selbyville office. As an administrative associate, Patti plays a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for clients and team members.
Patti was born in Dover, DE and raised in Federalsburg, MD. She has an Associate of Arts degree in Business Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management. Prior to Avery Hall, Patti has over three decades of experience in local government, where she retired as a Human Resources Director, followed by seven years working in education administration within the public school system.
In her spare time, Patti enjoys spending time at the beach, reading, going on nature hikes, and sharing quality time with family and friends. She is also a big fan of the Baltimore Orioles and the Baltimore Ravens. Family is most important to Patti. She and her husband, Rick, have a blended family of four children. She has two daughters, Rachel and Elizabeth, and Rick has two sons, Matt and Ethan. Their family is made complete by their little dog, Bailey!
