Michelle Russell is an agriculture account manager for our commercial lines department. She joined the Avery Hall team in 2008 and works out of our Seaford office.
Professionally, she has obtained her Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) and Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) designations. She first earned her property and casualty insurance license in 2007 when she first entered the insurance industry. Michelle is extremely dedicated to serving all her clients with a friendly and professional personality.
Michelle was born and raised in Delaware. She loves the area and is grateful to grow her family where she grew up. Michelle resides in Bridgeville with her husband Jeremy, daughter Angela, and their lovable pup Rex.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. They love spending time outside in the fresh air. Some of their favorite activities include long walks and family barbeques. She and her family also love vacationing anywhere warm and with a beach!
A few fun facts about Michelle are that she has worked in all three of our Delaware offices and loves scary movies.
