Michelle “Shelley” Moore is an account manager for the personal lines department at Avery Hall in our Salisbury office. She joined the company in 2021 as a payment processor, before earning her current position. Shelley uses her experience as a previous bookkeeper for a large apartment complex to serve clients at Avery Hall.
Shelley is an Eastern Shore native, and she was born in Milford and raised in Salisbury. Shelley also graduated from Wicomico High School and attended courses at Wor-Wic Community College. Shelley briefly lived in Tennessee for five years but has spent the last 20 years at home in Delmarva.
As an account manager, Shelley provides superior service to our clients and ensures they find the right policies for their needs. Her goal is to make each person who walks through the door feel welcomed and important.
Outside of the office, Shelley devotes much of her time to her family and her faith. She volunteers at Oak Ridge Baptist Church and H.A.L.O throughout the year and is passionate about giving back to the community. She and her husband, Aaron, have seven children, six grandchildren, and a spoiled 125 lb. Pitbull named Jackson.
Shelley enjoys reading, helping at her church, and spending time with her family. She also loves the beach and catching sunsets watching the waves roll in.
