Melisa Weidner is an Account Manager for the Personal Lines Department in our Salisbury office. Melisa joined our team in 2023 as an assistant account manager, until she was promoted to her current position. As an account manager, Melisa works with the rest of the Personal Lines Department team to provide our clients with personalized and reliable service.
Melisa moved to Snow Hill in high school, where she attended Worcester Preparatory School in Berlin, MD. She attended Shepherd University, where she studied Graphic Design and Art History. Melisa spent 20 years in the Washington, DC area, most recently as the Marketing Director for Whole Foods Market. Melisa moved back to Snow Hill in 2014 to care for her mother. Before joining our team, Melisa was a councilwoman for the Snow Hill Town Council.
Community involvement is significant to Melisa; she has worked closely with many social programs in Snow Hill. She also cares deeply about animals and has fostered many kittens. She has a full-time family of 8 cats at home. Some of her favorite charities include Town Cats of Ocean City, Snow Hill Food Pantry, and the Tyler Groton Memorial Fund.
When she isn’t at work, Melisa likes to work on rehabilitating her childhood home in Snow Hill. Melisa also enjoys trying out new restaurants. Melisa loves spending time alongside her mother, whom she loves dearly.
A perfect day for Melisa is spent cooking and entertaining her family and friends at home.
