Lori Nay is a commission and office administrator for Benefit Solutions at the Salisbury office. She joined Avery Hall in 2007 as an account manager and moved to her current position in 2016. Her main focus is overseeing commissions, appointments and licensing for agents at the office; and providing administrative support to the benefits solutions sales team.
Prior to Avery Hall, Lori worked in medical billing for 10 years. She is certified in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Lori was born in Salisbury, MD and raised in Pocomoke City, MD. She attended Wor-Wic Community College in Salisbury, MD. Lori has earned the HIPPA Compliance Certificate.
She is married to her husband Joe and they live with their beloved dog, Jake. Her only child, a daughter, lives in Florida. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, boating, and skiing.
