Lauren Smith is an assistant sales coordinator at Avery Hall Insurance in our personal lines department. Lauren joined the Avery Hall team in 2023 and works out of our Salisbury office. Lauren started her journey at Avery Hall in the personal lines department assisting individual insurance clients, before moving to our claims department in 2023. In 2024, she rejoined the personal lines team as an assistant sales coordinator.
Lauren was born and raised in Salisbury, Maryland, and graduated from Bennett High School in 2009 and studied general education at Wor-Wic Community College. Before joining Avery Hall, Lauren was an account manager at a business logistics resource company.
Outside of the office, Lauren loves to be creative. She is passionate about making jewelry and has some of her pieces for sale in downtown Salisbury. She also has fun displaying her jewelry at Salisbury’s 3rd Friday craft show events.
When not making jewelry, Lauren enjoys exploring nature, spending time with her large family, and bonding with her cat, Jinxie Monet.
