Jodi Swift is a team lead for our commercial lines department. She joined the Salisbury office team in 2018 and served as a commercial account manager before being promoted to her current position in 2023. Jodi’s favorite part of her job is helping alleviate the burden of having to understand insurance off her clients.
Professionally, Jodi has earned the designations of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), and Certified Risk Manager (CRM). She is also a licensed property and casualty agent.
Jodi was born in Florida but spent most of her childhood in New Jersey. She came to Delmarva in 1990 for College and never left. She attended Salisbury University, where she played volleyball and studied Elementary Education and Psychology.
In her free time, Jodi loves to travel, play volleyball, read, and spend time with her husband and two children. She pursued her love for volleyball by formerly being a high school travel volleyball coach. Jodi was also a former Girl Scout troop leader.
