Felicia Hitch is an account manager for Avery Hall Benefit Solutions in our Easton office. She started as a temporary account manager in January of 2024. She earned her current position four months later. As an account manager, Felicia specializes in working with clients to find the best insurance for their needs.
Felicia was born and raised in Delmarva. She graduated from Colonel Richardson High School in Federalsburg, Maryland. She has taken computer classes at Chesapeake College. She has also gotten her certificate from the Computer Learning Center in Springfield, Virginia for Computer Operations. Professionally, Felicia is a Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS). Prior to Avery Hall, She worked as a Facility Admissions Coordinator in a hospital setting.
Felicia loves giving back to the community and helping those in need. She has volunteered with the Chesapeake Housing Commission. She is also a usher at the United Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.
In her spare time, Felicia is a big fan of basketball and football. She enjoys going to church and spending time with her family. She and her husband John, have two children, a daughter named Michelle and a son, Marcus, who passed away in 2019. She has a 107 pound pit bull named Trouble. Felicia is most passionate about living for God. She finds her faith, family, and work most important to her.
