Donna Marie Cooper is an assistant account manager for our personal lines department. She joined the Avery Hall team in 2020 as a payment processor before becoming an account manager in 2022, until she earned her current position in 2023. As assistant account manager, Donna Marie continues to help our individual clients find the right coverage for their needs, as well as assisting our new team members learn how to better serve our clients.
Donna Marie has been a licensed insurance agent since 1992 and worked for her family business, Cooper Insurance Agency, Inc., until Avery Hall acquired the company in 2020. Over thirty years of insurance experience and dedication in the industry make Donna Marie a valuable asset to our company.
As a Delmarva native, Donna Marie is proud to serve her community professionally at Avery Hall. She graduated from Wicomico High School and studied Communication Arts at Salisbury University.
Kindness is an essential quality to Donna Marie, and she tries to spread positivity wherever she can. Her favorite non-profits to support include the Christian Shelter in Salisbury and local animal charities.
Donna Marie enjoys spending time with her friends and family outside of the office. Her two rescue pets, Raven, a CKC spaniel and Mischief, a torti-cat, keep her happy and entertained. Donna Marie’s favorite quote is the classic “Golden Rule,” and she strives to live life to the fullest and treat others as she would like to be treated every day.
