Ashley Griffith is a sales coordinator in our personal lines department. She joined the team in our Seaford office in 2024. Ashley helps support producers, organize sales activities, and provides exceptional customer service to our clients.
Ashley was born and raised in Delmarva. She graduated from Seaford Senior High School in Seaford, DE. Professionally, Ashley is a Certified Insurance Counselor CIC, Certified Insurance Service Representative CISR. Ashley came to Avery Hall with over 17 years of independent insurance agency experience.
Outside of the office, Ashley loves being outdoors with her family. She enjoys hunting with her husband and kids. She also enjoys being on the water, whether it be fishing or crabbing. Ashley and her husband, RJ, have three wonderful children, Tyler, Brock, and Casey. They have two black labs named Deeks and Kona as well as a 120-pound Great Dane puppy they rescued called Coco!
