You pay a is $1,484 of your inpatient hospital deductible, skilled nursing of $185.50/day, the Part B deductible, and all excess charges.

To qualify for Plan A, you must be under 65 and on disability.

Plan C:            Covers all Basic Benefits. Along with skilled nursing facility coinsurance, your Part A and B deductible, and foreign travel emergency. What you would have to pay out of pocket for is any Part B excess charges.
