Avery Hall Insurance Group announces the promotion of Michelle Russell to the position of Delaware Office Manager for their Sussex County branches in Milton and Seaford.
As Delaware Office Manager, Michelle will hold a leadership position and manage both Delaware branches. She will oversee employee training and day-to-day activities of the two Sussex County locations, along with her duties as an Account Manager. Michelle joined the Avery Hall team in 2008. Professionally, she has received her Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) and Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) designations. Avery Hall Insurance Group also welcomes two new employees to the Milton branch, Sarah Matthews, and Stephanie Price. Sarah Matthews will serve as an Account Manager in the Personal Lines department. As an Account Manager, Sarah will be a service link between insurance carriers and clients. Sarah worked for a captive insurance agency for several years prior to joining the Avery Hall team. Stephanie Price will serve as an Assistant Account Manager in the Personal Lines department. She will be instrumental in providing support for the Milton account management team and will provide superior customer service to clients. Previously, Stephanie has worked as a claims adjuster.
