The free class is packed with information designed to help the public have a better understanding of the parts of Medicare and how they work, including timelines, costs, coverages, fraud, Advantage plans, supplemental plans, and what your rights are as a Medicare recipient.
Welcome to Medicare is for individuals who are still working, are retired or who are on disability – for anyone who is getting ready to start Medicare.
Classes are presented by MAC’s State Health Insurance Program (SHIP). Class size is limited, and advance registration is required. No walk-ins please.
