Maria Lease is an account manager in our personal lines department. Maria joined the team in 2024 and works out of our Selbyville, Delaware office. As an account manager, Maria specializes in providing individual clients with excellent service.
Maria was born and raised in Baltimore County, MD and graduated high school from there. She lived in Hartford County MD until she moved to Delaware in 2014. Prior to Avery Hall, Maria has many years of job experience in the financial sector which includes numerous administrative positions such as Property & Casualty Insurance sales and client support.
Outside of work, Maria loves coastal life, whether it be boating, swimming, biking, or watching the beautiful sunset on the beach. She is a big fan of watching suspenseful movies or the NFL Ravens with her husband. She and her husband, Andrew, have a daughter named Olivia. Their family is made complete with a smart and loving German Shepard, Sadie! Maria is most passionate about the health and happiness of her family. Professionally, she is passionate about creating great client and team relations while maintaining a sense of accomplishment and worth.
