Michelle “Shelley” Moore is the assistant manager for our personal lines department at Avery Hall in our Salisbury office. She joined the company in 2021 as a payment processor, before serving as an account manager, until earning her current position in 2025.
Shelley is an Eastern Shore native, and she was born in Milford and raised in Salisbury. Shelley also graduated from Wicomico High School and attended courses at Wor-Wic Community College. Shelley briefly lived in Tennessee for five years but has spent the last 20 years at home in Delmarva.
As assistant manager, Shelley helps to oversee the operations of our personal lines department, and ensure our team provides superior service to our clients. Her goal is to make each person who walks through the door feel welcomed and important.
Outside of the office, Shelley devotes much of her time to her family and her faith. She volunteers at Oak Ridge Baptist Church and H.A.L.O throughout the year and is passionate about giving back to the community. She and her husband, Aaron, have seven children, six grandchildren, and a spoiled 125 lb. Pitbull named Jackson.
Shelley enjoys reading, helping at her church, and spending time with her family. She also loves the beach and catching sunsets watching the waves roll in.
