Laura Ratcliff works as commercial lines support staff in our Salisbury office. She joined Avery Hall in 2011 as a receptionist and administrative support before moving to personal lines. Later, she moved to the commercial lines department in her current position. Laura’s duties include working with the rest of the commercial lines team to help our business clients navigate their insurance needs.
Professionally, Laura has licenses in both property and casualty and life and health insurance.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending quality time with her family and Jesus. Laura loves relaxing by listening to music and watching K-Dramas.
