Karen Bromley is the Chief Operating Officer for Avery W. Hall Insurance. She joined the agency in 2016 and works out of the Salisbury office. Karen supervises the Information Technology, Marketing, Accounting, and Human Resources departments. She works to ensure all elements of the agency’s advertising and marketing plan are creative and impactful. She also makes sure that our agency keeps moving forward on its quest to become a digital agency that can serve the needs of all clients. Karen’s specialty is promoting the Avery Hall brand, and she enjoys being creative in the pursuit of finding lifelong Avery Hall clients.
Before Avery Hall, Karen was a Sales Representative in wholesale distribution for over ten years and worked several years in retail and restaurant management.
She was born and raised in Willards, MD, and attended college in Salisbury at both Wor-Wic Community College and Salisbury University, taking multiple accounting and business management courses.
Personally, Karen has been active in local PTA and school committees up until her youngest child’s recent high school graduation. She created and still manages a social media group for her son’s local high school. She actively supports the following non-profits at Avery Hall: United Way of the Lower Eastern Shore, Relay for Life, and the Duane Perdue Scholarship Foundation.
Karen spends her free time reading mystery novels, relaxing by the pool with friends and family, and enjoying her adult children! She and her husband, Danny, have two sons together, Connor and Luke.
