Avery W. Hall Insurance Agency, Inc.
308 E Main St, Salisbury, MD 21801

Kendrick Hayward is a Commercial Lines Account Executive with Avery Hall Insurance Group. We welcomed him to our Salisbury team in December of 2020. Kendrick currently has licenses in Life, Health, and Property and Casualty Insurance. He is always looking for ways to educate himself on the changing world of insurance, and has earned his Certified Authority on Workers Compensation (CAWC) designation.

Kendrick takes great pride in his work. His goal is to help educate the community and create peace of mind in knowing they are protected. Kendrick displays his commitment to achieving his goals by exhibiting a high level of service and knowledge to his clients. Pursuing a career in insurance is also an excellent opportunity for Kendrick to share his passion for financial literacy.

Before coming to Avery Hall, Kendrick worked as a Territory Manager for a national company.

Kendrick was raised in Princess Anne, Maryland where he also attended college at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. He currently volunteers with the Garland Hayward Youth Center which helps provide educational resources as well as a safe haven for the youth in his hometown. Kendrick also loves supporting the Andrea B. Starkey Foundation and their goals of educational excellence, faith awareness, community engagement, and music appreciation.

He and his college sweetheart and wife, Shemaiah, have four beautiful children: three daughters (two of which are identical twins) and a son. Kendrick loves spending as much of his free time as possible with his family. To Kendrick, health is wealth! If he isn’t with his family, he is probably in the gym working up a good sweat! Kendrick also enjoys playing basketball and baseball.

Ultimately, Kendrick spends each day working towards becoming the best version of himself. Two quotes that help keep him motivated are “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take,” and “Do what you fear, and fear disappears.” He believes each day is an opportunity to do better than what we did yesterday. Kendrick wants to remind you to make today count!
