Kelly Weber is an account manager for our Benefit Solutions team in our Easton office. Kelly started as a seasonal worker helping our team during the busy open enrollment period in 2021 and earned her current role in January of 2022.
As an account manager, Kelly works with her team to provide superior customer service and assist our clients in obtaining the right individual coverage for them.
Although Kelly has lived in ten different states, she feels most at home on Delmarva. She attended high school on the eastern shore, then attended North Greenville University in South Carolina, where she graduated with a B.A. in Theatre for Scenic Design.
Kelly’s variety of talents and interests had led her to a diverse selection of careers before she joined Avery Hall. Some of her past occupations include a stage carpenter and artist, live-in nanny, and factory powder coater. She has also performed multiple roles in a winery, from customer service to harvesting.
Amid pursuing her various careers, Kelly still makes time to give back. Her favorite non-profit organization to support is Mere Saathi, an effort founded by one of her close friends. Mere Saathi focuses on providing veterinary care to animals in need in India. In 2020, Kelly traveled to India and assisted with Mere Saathi’s mission, and the experience was incredibly meaningful to her.
An animal lover at heart, Kelly finds ways to support charities that benefit animals whenever she can. Another one of her favorite non-profits is the St. Croix Animal Welfare Center. She also pet-sits whenever she has the time.
When she isn’t assisting clients or volunteering, Kelly likes to travel and enjoys touring local wineries and breweries. To unwind, she’s a big fan of keeping her mind sharp with games, puzzles, reading, and learning anything and everything she can.
