Susan Vodak is a commercial lines account manager at our Salisbury office. She joined the Avery Hall team in 2019. Susan’s area of focus at Avery Hall is Medical Malpractice Insurance, but she is experienced in all types of commercial risks, small to large.
She has been working in the insurance industry for over 25 years. Susan spent 16 of those years working in commercial lines and specialized in coastal properties for condominium associations, restaurants, and hotels before joining Avery Hall.
Susan was born and raised in Salisbury, Maryland, and like a true Eastern Shore native, she loves days at the beach. She is also a proud and longtime member of St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church. She also enjoys supporting local organizations such as the Joseph House and Coastal Hospice.
In her free time, she loves working out and spending time with family. One of her, her husband, and her daughter’s favorite places to be is the beach.
Her passion for learning something new every day brings inspiration and motivation into every environment Susan enters. Susan’s favorite quote is a testament to how much she enjoys challenging herself, “When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.”
