Lindsay Payne is a sales coordinator in our commercial lines department and works out of our Salisbury office. She joined Avery Hall in 2006 as a customer service representative in the planning department and as administrative support for the billing department. In 2010 she earned a promotion to account manager for the personal lines department. In 2022, she became new business team lead in our personal lines department, before joining our business insurance team in 2023.
Professionally, she has her licenses in both property and casualty insurance and life and health insurance. Lindsay has also earned the designation of Accredited Customer Service Representative (ASCR).
Growing up in Salisbury, MD, has made her a total beach and summertime lover. Some of her favorite things about the summer are outdoor concerts and vacationing to the Outer Banks.
If Lindsay were to plan the perfect weekend, it would include shopping with her friends, watching Netflix, and relaxing with a nice glass of wine. Her friends, family, and rescue cats are all very important to her.
