Christy Rose is the Commercial Lines Department Manager in our Salisbury office. Her journey with Avery Hall began in 2012 as a personal lines account manager. She was later promoted to commercial lines account manager, then to Vice President of New Business and Agriculture, until earning her current position in 2023.
Christy and her team work closely with producers to learn about the specific needs of incoming commercial clients, who are often businessowners or commercial farmers. Her team then communicates with underwriters to find coverage that is as unique as their client’s organization.
She is also part of the commercial lines training committee and helps to welcome incoming team members to the agency, and assists in educating them on how to serve our commercial clients.
A few organizations Christy enjoys supporting include the United Way, HALO, and the March of Dimes. She is also an active team member in Avery Hall’s community involvement efforts.
Christy and her husband, Andrew, are parents to two daughters. In her free time, she enjoys bike riding, going to the beach, traveling, and spending time with her family. She hopes her children will grow up knowing they can accomplish anything and everything they set their minds to.
Some of Christy’s favorite things are Dirty Dancing, planning cruise vacations to the Caribbean, and going to the beach!
